Since Liam joined us at Nationwide Autocentre in Nuneaton in March 08, he has been a great asset to the branch, his enthusiasm and willingness to learn has been beneficial to the business, giving us the chance to evaluate the learner’s abilities and strengths on a long term basis, rather than the usual short interview. Liam is the second learner we have taken from NTC and both learners have proved very beneficial to our business. Liam has fitted in to our small team very well and is becoming skilled in many areas, to the extent that he is carrying out servicing and repairs with less supervision and his decision making assists us on a daily basis. Upon being contacted by NTC with reference to taking Liam as a learner, I was a little concerned as to how much we would benefit, but Liam has excelled in all areas we have tasked him in and we would not hesitate, even more we will approach NTC if we have any further vacancies in the future. Another of the benefits we have found to be a great help is the support we get from NTC with regular visits to our site to assess ourselves and the learner and additional training is given to learners as required.
